Brief Profile on Dr Koti Sreekrishna
Senior Scientist in the Global Biotechnology department at the Procter and Gamble Company, Cincinnati,
has lived in Cincinnati since 1993.
Born in Bangalore, India to a traditional Srivaishnava family and had the benefit (no choice) of memorizing the
entire Bhagavad Gita by the age of nine. Migrated to the US in 1978.
A devout and dedicated student of Hinduism especially of the Bhagavad Gita and Vedanta and World Religions.
Actively takes part in Interfaith discussions and in presenting Hinduism to local churches, schools and
other forums, has published a book "Purusha Suktam - a Hindu Creation Theme"
and recently completed translation of the Bhagavad Gita, to be launched shortly..
Also conducts Bhagavad Gita and children's Hinduism classes at the Cincinnati Hindu Temple. |
